Migration from Relational Database to GemStone/S

It is possible to migrate from a relational database to GemStone/S. The migration process is the same to all relational database but the connection string to the database is slightly different in each one.

For now MySQL is the only tested migration from a database to GemStone/S but other can be easily added.
