# Login to GemStone/S

Once **GemStone/S** server is installed the login is needed to execute the installation script of the **BPM Flow**.

In this chapter three ways/tools to login and interact with GemStone/S will be detailed:

* Login into GemStone/S using Topaz (command line interface)
* Login into GemStone/S using Jade (Windows/Mac environment to interact with GemStone/S)
* Login into GemStone/S using tODE (Pharo environment for Linux/Windows/Mac/...)

Choose the one that most suit your needs.\
\
After a successful login you can install the **BPM Application** and **Orbeon Persistence Layer**. It does not matter which tool is used to interact with GemStone/S the installation script is the same.
